Thick cloud hadn’t cleared enough to provide any direct sunlight onto this scene, photographed just before sunset at Les Pecqueries, Guernsey. However a slow shutter speed adds dynamism to the heavy swell pounding the shoreline and the flat light gives a more wintery feel to a photo shot during summertime.
